  Kenmare Athletic Club

Kenmare AC reformed in 2009 after an absence of more than 10 years. The club currently has 300 registered juvenile and master athletes and is one of the largest athletic clubs in Kerry. Members compete in cross country, track and field events and the club also runs a successful Little Athletics indoors program for primary school athletes starting in January every year. Kenmare AC has held the Juvenile County Cross Country shield for the last three years. We have been the overall athletics winners at Kerry Community Games for the past 2 years and in 2013 our U13 mixed relay team won gold in the National Finals and this year our U14 boys relay team won silver.
